I've spent my career helping organisations do exactly that.

From building audiences and leading teams to developing partnerships and managing complex projects, I've worked with organisations ranging from BBC Studios, Disney, ESPN, Global and Bauer through to national charities, public sector organisations and global brands like Google, Netflix and Airbus.

Today, alongside running my own successful media business, I work in one of the UK's largest charities, helping build relationships, strengthen engagement and create positive outcomes.
