I’m Rob Goldstone. I lead and deliver work where ownership, communication and trust really matter. With a background in national media and broadcast, and current work in the charity sector, I’m used to operating calmly in pressured environments and seeing things through properly.

The background behind my approach

I’ve spent much of my career working in high-pressure media and broadcast environments, where clarity, pace and delivery are non-negotiable. Working across live output, tight deadlines and complex stakeholder relationships taught me how to make clear decisions, communicate simply, and take responsibility for outcomes.

That experience now underpins how I lead projects in purpose-led organisations and the charity sector. I’m particularly drawn to work where people, communication and engagement sit at the heart of delivery, and where getting things right matters just as much as getting them done.

Along the way, I’ve worked on projects for organisations including the BBC, Amazon, Google, Apple, Disney and other global names. Today, I apply those same standards of professionalism, calm leadership and follow-through to work that’s focused on impact, trust and long-term value.
